  WHAT DOES A PEST CONTROL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO?

  As a Pest Control Inside Sales Representative, your role is dynamic and impactful. Conducting meticulous inspections of homes for termites, renewing term bond inspections, and skillfully upselling services to existing customers, you play a crucial part in ensuring pest-free environments. You typically handle around eight houses each day.

  With a keen eye, you identify wood-destroying organisms and pest harborage areas, allowing you to propose additional services and maximize earnings through commissions.   YOUR SCHEDULE

  Field time typically runs from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 am and ending at 5:00 pm - no nights! While we strive to maintain a Monday-to-Friday schedule, there may be occasional Saturday work to accommodate our customers' needs.

  REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A valid driver's license

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

  No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
