Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for 2nd and 3rd shifts for a Laborer Role in Eaton Ohio. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with pay of $15.50!

● Laborer positions includes candidates to pack products and use a computer-aided gauge to inspect parts at the end of the assembly line. Assist in general housekeeping and preventative maintenance tasks or work with dedusting parts. This includes using chemical and appropriate PPE. General Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with various tasks as assigned.

• Inspection of parts, and quality checks.

• Use a computer-aided gauge.

• Packing and loading as well as general maintenance tasks.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a general laborer or in a related field (often a minimum of 1 year).

• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform manual labor.

• Good communication skills.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Laborer position:

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work with chemicals for de-rusting.

• Must have previous machine operation experience or experience loading a machine with material.

• Physical requirements include being able to lift 50 lb. unassisted.
