Job Details

• Length of assignment: Temp to Permanent

• Location: Eugene, OR 97402

• Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

This is an onsite position.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required, but a background in production or laboratory settings is a plus.

• Ability to perform various physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), reaching, kneeling, and crouching.

• Ability to hear, see (including close vision, distance vision, and color vision), and smell.

• Ability to work in moderate noise levels.

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic packaging techniques, equipment, and protocol record retention.

• Comfortable handling chemicals.

• Good computational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions meticulously.

Job description

• Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results. (e.g., filling machines, labeling equipment)

• Work collaboratively with other technicians to fill, label, and package various product lines.

• Meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Documents.

• Demonstrate strong reading comprehension to understand production paperwork, including product reconciliation reports, labels, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety regulations and procedures, including ISO 13485 guidelines.

• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as needed.

• Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure the seamless completion of tasks and projects.

• Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Be prepared to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
