As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, which is the parent company of Ryan Homes, you will be part of the team responsible for providing technical assistance and research to resolve issues concerning products, materials, and construction.

What you will be doing:

  • Intake and administration of service requests to the Architectural Services Department, which provides support to our Manufacturing and Homebuilding Operations.

  • Requests may be submitted via electronic ticketing system, email, and/or telephone.

  • Use product and process knowledge to troubleshoot requests, coordinate with other departments, respond to support requests, document issues, and elevate issues requiring specific technical expertise or follow-up.

  • Manage and respond to incoming service requests from Manufacturing and Homebuilding personnel regarding blueprints, design specifications, and construction information.

  • Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment and ensure responses to customers are timely, thorough, and professional.

  • Liaise with Manufacturing departments at multiple plants and with Homebuilding as needed to resolve issues and/or facilitate solution implementation.

  • Maintain accurate records; review and distribute applicable reports as required.

Qualified applicants have:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Administration or related field

  • 2+ years’ administrative experience

  • Customer Service experience is a plus

  • Experience in residential home building is a plus

  • Proficient with spreadsheet and database tools as well as MS Office products

  • Critical thinker with demonstrated problem solving abilities

  • High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem analysis and problem solving skills
