Residential Rehabilitation Program{rel="noopener" target="_blank"}(RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to be responsible for theoverall operations and managementof Sheppard Pratts >>insert location<< RRP services. You will oversee the overall mental health and wellbeing of the clients that the program serves.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring your programsmission and servicesare carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintaining compliancewith government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
  • Supervising program staff andidentifying training needsbased on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.
  • Managing programbudgets.

What we need from you.

  • This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
    • High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
    • Associate degree and 4 years of experience.
    • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Requires on-call flexibility.
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 1 year of hire.
