DUTIES OF THE POSITION

• Provides direct services to patients in the Outpatient Clinic setting.

• Perform a needs assessment of patients and families through collection and documentation

• Develops a plan of treatment based on identified needs

• Implements treatment plan and documents actions taken

• Evaluates treatment plan in relation to expected outcomes. nt of care.

• Outpatient clinic run by the county serving between 3 and 21 years old.

• REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year of experience

• Physical Therapist license

• Pediatric experience is a plus

• CME experience is a plus

• Professional, results oriented and innovative.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

  MORE DETAILS:

• Schedule: 4x9's Mon - Thur. OR 3x9's (can pick 3 days within Mon. - Thur.)

• Location: Outpatient Clinic within Porterville, Ca

• Length: 17 - 52 weeks per your preference

• Mileage: Untaxed travel stipends attached each week to accommodate for commute.

• Pay Package

• 36's (4x9's) Travel Pay - $50.00/hour + $924 housing + $483 meal = $3,307.00 WEEKLY

• 27's (3x9's) Travel Pay - $45.50/hour + $924 housing + $483 meal = $2,703.75 WEEKLY
