Trident Maritime System - Custom Alloy Forging Sales Support in High Bridge, New Jersey

Location: High Bridge, NJ

Summary

Trident Maritime Systems - CAC, LLC is seeking a detailed-oriented Office Support to join our team in High Bridge, NJ. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and order management processes by ensuring accurate data entry, coordinating order flow between departments, and maintaining orderly order files. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer systems such as Syteline and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of internal sales workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data for quotations and orders into the Syteline system.

  • Administer orders and handle change orders efficiently within the Syteline system.

  • Coordinate order flow among Sales, Engineering, and Production Departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Create and maintain orderly order files, tracking the process from purchase order (PO) receipt to final certification.

  • Generate job routers in Syteline to streamline production processes.

  • Enter new customer data and sales-related information into the computer database/Salesforce.

  • Communicate effectively with assigned customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Syteline, with specialization in Marketing/Sales areas, a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM system is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Familiarity with Marketing/Sales internal workflows preferred.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

  • Basic math skills are required.

  • Must be a US citizen.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.

  • Experience in customer support (non-retail).
