Insight Global Part-Time Office Administrator in Hillside, New Jersey

Job Description

  • Answer phones and address customer inquiries and offer support and solutions to customers in

accordance with the company's customer service policies.

  • Manage supplier and customer certifications.

  • Sales support, including processing orders in system, receiving, and processing sample orders, etc.

  • Maintain customer records and other office files (BOL, Invoice, SO's)

  • Assist with arranging trucking.

  • Coordinate office maintenance and supplies.

  • Other duties as requested.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0-3 years of Administrative Assistant and/or Customer Service experience

  • Ability to pick up and drop off mail at the Post Office

  • Organized self-starter with ability to plan and execute daily activities.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, communicate and solve problems.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must have a high level of customer service orientation.

  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) null
