This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site requirement in Indianapolis, IN.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer works as part of an agile team to deliver features and support to the UniFirst enterprise. The person in this role will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define, estimate, and implement solutions to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards.

  • Support simple data uploads to Dynamics CRM using third party tools (Scribe, Kingsway soft).

  • Facilitate and/or create new procedures and processes that support advancing technologies or capabilities.

  • Build, support, and maintain moderately complex processes, CRM applications, and data.

  • Design entities, relationships, forms, workflows, views, and reports in MS dynamics.

  • Evaluate high-level project information and assess project components to forecast work effort required.

  • Provide peer-level review and mentoring to other admins as well as developers.

  • Responsible for technical and production support documentation in accordance with department standards and industry best practices.

  • Provide production support for simple to intermediate incidents.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP.

  • 3-5 years' experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales preferred. Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.

  • Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.

  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow design, custom configuration, integration, and report/dashboard development.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, and understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing users and security roles.

  • Experience with Azure SQL Database as a Service.

  • Experience creating unit tests for new and existing code.

  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS).

  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative.

  • Be autonomous and think creatively.

  • Strong writing and verbal skills.

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.

Additional Requirements

  • This position may require travel up to 10%.

  • 50% Hybrid (Wilmington or Indy office).
