Competitive hourly compensationthis position starts at $20/hour with opportunity to earn sales commissions;

Responsibilities

We have built our reputation on our companys belief of putting the customer experience first and the Pest Control Utility Technician is key to delivering on this purpose.
You will
Install ancillary services for pest control solutions such as encasements, insulation, termite bait installations;
Perform skilled remediation services for homeowners by repairing pest damage;
Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers;
Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
And serve as a key member of the branch team!

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary
High School Diploma/GED
Valid drivers license
Carpentry skills are preferred
Experience in home services industry is preferredbut not required
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to obtain pesticide licensure within training period (company paid)
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions
