Tradewind Group, Inc. Customer Experience Office (Part-Time) in Lihue, Hawaii
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer (CEO). In this role, you will be first point of contact for walk-ins and phones. The CEO position is responsible for communicating with customers to resolve issues, collect insurance payments, verify information and provide exceptional service. We currently have full-time or part-time positions available with opportunities for growth and development. Position is in-person and requires on-site work during week days.
Duties: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns - Communicate effectively both verbally and written; required to answer phones and manage incoming calls - Perform data entry tasks in a timely manner; ensure customer data is accurate and complete
Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient with technology especially Microsoft Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) - Experience with outbound calling and customer service - Call center experience is a plus - Proficient in data entry
