Minimum Requirements:High school diploma, valid driver's license and insurable under the University's insurance carrier and three years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.Position Description:This position will supervise a group of custodians (approximately 10 -15) engaged in housekeeping duties ranging from light dusting and trash removal to routine floor care maintenance. The position will requisition custodial supplies and equipment and be responsible for employee record keeping and conduct Q/A inspections of University buildings to insure that custodial services are effectively accomplished. Candidate must be knowledgeable of custodial procedures and equipment. Work schedule may vary from week to week.
