TAPTAP Digital Programmatic Supply Specialist (Entry Level) in Madrid, Spain

Scope:

Reporting directly to the Programmatic Supply Manager, the candidate will play an important role within both the Client Services & the broader Commercial teams. The incumbent will help for the successful management of supply platforms (SSP/Ad Exchanges) connected to Sonata DSP. The candidate will manage Taptap daily PMP creation and troubleshooting related to the digital and DOOH campaigns.

The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Product & Tech, Business Solutions and global Client services teams, and act as a point of contact ensuring all programmatic supply needs for all Taptap active demand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily relationships with SSPs and ad exchanges in order to ensure PMP activations, supply optimizations, enablements or opportunities with Taptap’s supply partners.

  • Troubleshooting of PMPs for Display & Video, DOOH and Audio campaigns active within Sonata DSP.

  • In liaison with supply tech management operating across supply platforms and assisting to optimize the alignment between supply sources and demand in Sonata DSP.

  • Search for commercial opportunities coming from supply environment, being also capable of proactively create curated and relevant supply environments which could be a match for existing or new Taptap campaigns or business solutions.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1 year of experience on trading desk, publisher, advertiser or adops/programmatic team.

  • Some knowledge of tier 1 SSP technologies/platforms within the programmatic environment (Google Authorized Buyers, Xandr, Magnite, Broadsign, VIOOH, Hivestack…).

  • Min 1 year of programmatic Buying experience on the demand or supply side.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up process.

  • Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction.

  • Data driven personality, ability to tell stories based on campaign data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Understanding of online and digital advertising metrics and KPIs.

  • Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) capabilities.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with analytics and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, Google Analytics.

  • HTML/Javascript knowledge.

  • Fluent English (C1).
