Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure timely completion of work. Assist in the training of team members as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area. Meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required. Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards. Requirements of the production worker: High school diploma or GED. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
