Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Global Scientific Affairs & Education Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead data strategy and processes to report out HCP educational event data.Lead the strategy, design, customization, and support our SharePoint online environment.Build, maintain & input data into the Power BI dashboards utilized to support the Scientific Affairs & Education team.Lead the strategy & maintenance of processes utilized for content development & approval for a wide variety of deliverables (educational presentations, clinical cases, testimonials, videos, clinical images, blog articles, etc.)Work with agencies & internal teams on projects, ensuring all constituents are coordinated, timely, and productive.Responsible for ensuring content is localization and accessibility requirements are met when applicable.Build and execute training internally/externally as needed.Complete quarterly audits to ensure content is meeting brand standards and compliance requirements.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherExperience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).Experience with Microsoft Suites especially Excel and SharePointAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with Adobe Suite (Learning Manager, Workfront, Digital Asset Management)Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience with SmartsheetsExperience with On24Content creation experience and aptitude.Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, designing, developing, and virtually delivering instructional content.Experience in healthcare industries.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and being organized and adaptable to work through complex process.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.Exper ence in project management.Work location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: NoRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
