Duties may include: Planting and harvesting various nursery stock grown on site, caring for the plants by weeding, pruning, and general care. Working in the greenhouses, monitoring irrigation and general maintenance of equipment, irrigation, and tools, loading and unloading plants, pricing plants based on company pricing, maintenance of work areas, grounds, and greenhouses and other related Nursery and Greenhouse Worker activities as per SOC,OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend holiday work.

Requirements:

• Lifting requirement 80 lbs.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Extensive pushing or pulling
• Extensive sitting or walking
• Frequent stooping or bending over
• Repetitive movements
