Production Team Member Responsibilities:
- Precisely sort parts to maintain top-quality standards.
- Use hand tools (drills) to complete product assembly.
- Skillfully plug lines into circuit boards, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Regularly monitor indicator lights, providing hourly checks to ensure board efficiency.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, a trait valued in our work environment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus, but we're open to your fresh perspective and quick learning.
- A desire for career advancement and growth within the company.
Production Team Member Schedule:
- Will train on 1st shift for the first 30-60 days. Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
- 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 4pm-12:30am.
- Orientation at 1 pm on your first day
