Job Description

General Scope of Duties

Multiple shifts available. Responsible for cleaning of buildings: trash removal, carpet shampooing, vacuuming, dusting, restroom maintenance/cleaning; and snow removal. Must have the ability to operate all custodial mechanical cleaning equipment.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Skills

Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, and be knowledgeable of and comply with OSHA , EPA and other safety/health requirements, and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
