Responsibilities

-Take calls from prospects and educate them about the benefits of our products

• Communicate via e-mail and phone and record contacts in our company CRM

• Assist in selling products and services, collect credit card payments and help to process orders and track deliveries.

• Engage is post-sale support and product education.

• Create and Update Sales and Shipping documents.

• Be involved with other sales team members to generate promotional ideas, social media posts, and newsletter publication
