Job Description

The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple strategic efforts across various departments. Specifically, they will be working on a project focused on Sales and Price Optimization for commercial and residential products utilizing Vandavo and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a hands-on and proactive approach to ensure that value is delivered, with full responsibility for all aspects of a project including managing milestones, identifying and tracking issues and risks, and driving the team to meet project goals. They will establish a good cadence for communicating outside the team including conducting effective meetings for the given audience by managing the agenda, running the meeting and communicating/tracking follow-ups. They will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of project objectives with the overall IT strategy and roadmap. This role will be 80% project delivery management, 10% coaching and managing other PL's and PM's, and 10% organizational improvement activities. This person will be a part of a 13 Project Managers within the Project and Portfolio Management Organization.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of managing initiatives in digital environment preferably in a manufacturing area

• Ability to manage 2-3 large, complex projects as the sole owner.

• Strong background with hands-on management of Application Development projects. Specifically managing customer facing applications (web development, .net, etc.)

• Good experience in typical project management tools; JIRA, Project, SmartSheet, GSuite

• Experience collaborating, presenting, and influencing senior (C-level) executives.

• Advanced knowledge in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

• Previous experience system and server maintenance and upgrades, network migrations, firewall, and other infrastructure related activities.

• CSM or PMP/PMI Certification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience Previous experience managing projects in Sales Support or Operations (pricing, quoting, commissions, etc.)
