Pest control route technician will provide integrated pest management solutions to pest problems, including the application of pesticides inside and outside of homes and business. Pesticide Applicators license is helpful, but we will help get you licensed and trained if needed. Once licensed and trained, a pest control route technician should expect to earn \$55,000 to \$65,000 per year. To be successful in this position, applicants must have a tremendous attention to detail, diligently follow directions and established procedures as well as all safety protocols. Keep immaculate and organized record of applications and be dedicated to learning to be a professional pest control technician. You must prioritize providing an exceptional customer experience. This is NOT a position for individuals prone to cutting corners or taking short cuts.
