This position works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their personal goals. Staff must maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency. Effective communication with other staff, family members and Individuals is required. Hours must remain flexible and are assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with program operational needs. Requirements Experience working with people who have disabilities.
