This position is an onsite role.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash, and other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office area .

• Cleans and maintains clean rooms to government and/or required specifications.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED)

• Must be willing and able to work shift hours from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Local) on Monday through Thursday and 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Friday.

• Three (3) months commercial experience performing the following custodial work:

• Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

• Cleaning and care of carpeted areas.

• Must be able to work from oral and written instructions.

• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top-Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Additional Information:

This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
