Compensation for the Custodian

• Night Shift: Sunday -- Thursday, 8 pm -- 4:30 am
• $19.34 & $19.84 Per Hour
• From 8 pm - 11 pm the rate is $19.34/hr., & from 11 pm - 4:30 am it will increase to $19.84/hr.

Responsibilities for the Custodian

• Waste disposal
• Floor cleaning -- carpet, vinyl, VHT, concrete, and epoxy
• Dusting, wiping, and general cleaning
• Cleaning of restrooms
• Operate related clean equipment such as a floor polisher, floor scrubber, carpet shampooer, etc.

• Display safety when working with chemicals and possess a basic understanding of the use of chemicals

   

Requirements for the Custodian

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 Year custodial experience required
• Physical requirements: ability to lift at least 20lbs unassisted, and tolerate prolonged standing

• CANNOT WEAR jewelry (Including wedding bands), perfume/cologne, lotions and/or makeup. Deodorant is allowed.
