POSITION SUMMARY: As the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating work for the janitorial crews and performs all janitorial duties including clean all aspects of assigned areas, including public areas, offices and equipment, to meet standards in order to promote the quality upkeep and appearance of the building and customer locations.

Duties will also include but are not limited to: * Train workers in job related tasks and safety procedures. * Inspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, maintain assigned equipment in clean, working condition, reporting problems and suggestions to the supervisor.  * Assist with preparation of monthly credit card reports. * Enter and maintain accurate time and attendance records.

External Hiring Range:  $16.05/hour

Travel Required: YES

QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent AND 3 years of experience required. OR * Trade School AND 2 years of experience required. OR * Associates degree AND 1 experience required. 

Required Experience: Can be a combination of janitorial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning or similar, or customer service. 

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS: * Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. * Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment.
