Job Description PCI is seeking an entry-level Site Safety Representative for its Vancouver 103 operations based in Vancouver, WA. This individual will be resonsible for the following duties: Promote safety, safe work practices, and behaviors to instill an injury-free culture throughout all site and field personnel Assist branch/site with the implementation and administration of the company's accident prevention plan, policies, and procedures, including safety resources such as training, expertise and guidance Represent PCI and participate in Safety Committee activities Assist in identifying, correcting, and mitigating routine and non-routine safety and health hazards Ensure company and client safety reports and documentation are submitted timely and in accordance with client requirements and expectations Council and coach workers to gain compliance with the accident prevention plans, policies and procedures Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential safety health hazards Conduct job site inspections and periodic audits to establish and evaluate the level of compliance Responsible for investigation and evaluation of injuries and illnesses for the project site Convey a professional and positive attitude as the safety representative of plant site and corporation Evaluate and approve safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) Salary range: $32-34 an hour. This position is safety-sensitive.
