Kelly Science is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a growing medical device company located in Warminster, PA.

Pay: $28-35/hour depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30pm

Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire

Summary:

The QC Specialist will inspect electronic components, work in process assemblies, and finished devices through visual, dimensional and instrumentation using established quality standards.

Job duties include:

• Performing incoming, WIP and finished device inspections and tests by visual, dimensional and electronic test equipment to assure products meet specifications.

• Review incoming and production records for accuracy, completeness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Determine whether product quality is accepted or rejected based on established specifications and quality standards.

• Initiate nonconformance reports for nonconforming products.

• Release of raw materials, in process and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and conduct defect awareness and other quality related trainings.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a scientific related field preferred. High school diploma required.

• 3-5 years of experience with quality control inspections within a regulated environment

• Prior experience within a GMP and/or FDA regulated industry strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills required
