We are seeking a passionate, self-sufficient, intellectually curious, and technically proficient individual to join our team supporting an effort to strengthen mobile device security.

This role is a combination of project management and service transition stewardship that requires strong communication skills. This is an opportunity for an individual focused on customer satisfaction to be a part of our work supporting a Washington, DC-based federal customer.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, this role will be part of a team that focuses on service transition, IT communications, and knowledge management, and will work with project managers, and technical subject matter experts across IT.

The ideal candidate will have experience with

· Mobile device carriers and hardware

· Writing support process and developing training content for end users

· Creating standard operating procedures for technical teams

· Creating knowledge content for both end users and technicians

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience

· Ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience

· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures, mostly in the mobile technology space

· Ability to effectively engage stakeholders of all organizational levels

· Strong problem-solving, process focus, and negotiation skills

· Highly motivated, self-sufficient individual who can follow through and work with minimal direction or supervision

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment that is composed of several contractor and federal leadership teams.

· The ability to multi-task and track multiple projects and their associated deployment schedules null
