The CW2 provides staffing and operational oversight for two to ten employees engaged in providing the full range of housekeeping services.   The CW2 is delegated the authority to prioritize work within the assigned area to maintain departmental work standards, work assignments, cleaning policies and procedure goals and objectives. This position is required to make decisions based on a full knowledge of these guidelines.   The ideal candidate values teamwork and collaboration, is dependable, takes initiative, solves problems effectively, communicates clearly, and supports organizational change. Minimum Qualifications

• One year as a Custodial Worker 1 (commonwealth title) OR
• One year of experience performing custodial work
• Valid driver's license

As a member of the Facilities Divisional staff, this position is deemed essential. Essential employees must remain or report to work during partial or full day closings of the University due to hazardous road conditions, emergency circumstances or for other reasons.
